Yaohua Stainless Steel Group was born in 1993 in Huzhou city, near the paradise city Hangzhou and Shanghai. Yaohua group reached its climax and dominated in the 1990s in Huzhou city. After an innovation, the year 2003 witnessed the establishment of Xinyaohua Stainless Steel Pipes & Tubes Co., Ltd. (MG for international brand) .

MG (Xinyaohua) now is a privately owned future oriented company operating to be one reliable and competent manufacturer for quality stainless steel seamless / welded pipes and tubes in austenitic 304, 304L, 316, 316L,310, 310S, 317, 321 and 347 as well as duplex pipes and tubes S31803. The products are produced in superior chemical purity, high stability, good machinability and accurate tolerance.

Certified by Lloyds acc. to ISO9001 & and PED/97/23/EC, MG is now implementing demanding quality assurance system by purchasing quality raw materials from reputable, stabilized and intimate suppliers to make pipes and tubes. The whole manufacturing procedure is controllable and traceable. The tube mill at first phase of investment is equipped with two cold pilger lines and four cold drawn lines with production capability 500 metric tons per month and the production capability will grow rapidly.
